A motorist was taken to hospital yesterday after being rescued from the wreckage of a vehicle.
Fire crews from Douglas, Peel and Kirk Michael were called to a two vehicle crash at Laurel Bank just after 12.30pm.
One person was trapped inside their vehicle and firefighters helped remove the casualty without the use of cutting equipment.
There is no update on their condition.
