Firefighters had to cut a motorist from their vehicle yesterday morning after a collision in Colby.
The single vehicle crash happened on the Ballagawne Road – resulting in rescue pumps from both Castletown and Port Erin attending.
Crews used stabilisation equipment and hydraulic cutting equipment to make the vehicle safe and to help remove the casualty.
The person was then taken to hospital – their condition is not known at this time.
