Motorbike and Police Car involved in collision over the weekend

The biker was taken to Nobles with injuries believed not to be serious, the driver of the Police vehicle was uninjured.

At approximately 12.50pm on Saturday there was a two-vehicle road traffic collision involving a motorbike and a police car.
 
The collision occurred on the Main Douglas to Ballacraine Road near to Cronk Beck, Greeba.
 
Both the BMW R1200 bike and marked Police Ford Mondeo were travelling towards Ballacraine at the time.
 
The biker was taken to Nobles with injuries believed not to be serious, the driver of the Police car was uninjured.
 
Police would like to speak to anybody who witnessed the collision or who may have been travelling through the area at around the time of the collision.
