People who are having trouble with alcohol over the festive period are being told to contact Motiv8 for help if it's needed.
The charity says it's open to everyone - but is warning people with addictive tendencies not to overindulge over the festive period.
Motiv8 counsellors specialise in addictive behaviours with the aim of helping people make positive changes to their lives.
