To accommodate its growing number of clients the organisation has moved to new premises on Woodbourne Road.
The new building has been given a new lease of life thanks to Manx Lottery Trust’s funding.
The charity now has a dedicated children and young persons’ room, a groupwork stand-alone suite and eight counselling rooms.
It has formed a link with the local Narcotics Anonymous and Cocaine Anonymous groups and users can attend a daily group session alongside one-to-one counselling and support.
