Manx Utilities says it doesn't know which of its charging points for electric vehicles earns the most money.
A Freedom of Information request to the organisation asked for details about the costs of installing and maintaining the facilities as well as income from each.
But in its response, Manx Utilities says it doesn't hold the information.
It does, however, say the most-used charger is at the Sea Terminal - while the least-used is at the Bungalow.
