Morton Hall in Castletown will close until further notice.
The statement will issued by the Castletown and District Over 60's Club yesterday.
They said to protect our community generally, and Club members in particular by reducing social contact, Morton Hall will until further notice be closed and not available for public events.
In addition, the Clubs regular Club and Community events scheduled for 2020 are also cancelled.
Anyone who has already booked Morton Hall for an event should contact the Clubs Secretary to seek advice.
The Clubs regular weekly and monthly Community events that are cancelled are: Afternoon Teas, Car Boot Sales, Coffee Mornings, Bingo Nights, Beetle Drives.
