Should full-time workers get more than four weeks off a year?
Chief minister Alf Cannan revealed that's one of the questions being asked in a new public consultation about employment.
He faced a question for written answer from Onchan MHK Rob Callister about how much statutory annual leave workers currently get.
Mr Cannan said at present people were entitled to four weeks, but a new consultation was looking into whether that should be changed.
