Over 400 untaxed vehicles were flagged by automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) technology on Island last year.
That's according to figures given by Infrastructure Minister, Tim Baker MHK, in a written response to a query during the virtual sitting of Tynwald earlier this week.
In total, 449 vehicles were found to be untaxed - with the highest amount identified - 131 in September 2020.
None were picked up between March and June last year - Mr Baker has clarified ANPR systems weren't in place during that period due to Covid-19 restrictions at the time.
