More than 20 businesses have appeared in court over tax and National Insurance offences.
22 companies and three individuals were fined more than £34,000 and ordered to pay court costs.
They'd failed to submit income tax returns, submit accounts or wage records.
Companies were fined a total or £31,545 while individuals were handed £2,665 in fines.
