The Infrastructure Minister is set to be quizzed about Tramway Terrace in Tynwald next week.
Garff MHK Daphne Caine wants to know what has been spent each year since 2018 on building maintenance and scaffolding, whether any remedial action is being undertaken and whether a conservation engineer has been appointed.
She will also ask how the Department of Infrastructure will ensure retention of the building.
It comes after plans to demolish Tramway Terrace were halted as the historic building was ultimately found to be repairable.
An inspection commissioned by the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture found that a number of repairs were advised in 2018, but were not carried out by the DOI, resulting in further deterioration.
Tynwald will take place on Tuesday morning.
