The Economic Policy Review Committee will hear evidence about the government's plan to appoint Vision Nine as the event's promoter.
Chief Constable Gary Roberts, and senior civil servants Mark Kelly , Nick Black and Malcolm Couch will give evidence from 10am.
The hearing takes place in the Legislative Council Chamber of Legislative Buildings in Douglas.
