Direct charter flights up 57% - more routes could be on the way.
More flights to popular holiday destinations direct from the island could be on the way after welcome news for Ronaldsway Airport today with the news that direct charter flight passenger numbers was up by 57% on this time last year, with over 1300 additional charter passengers over the past three months.
Minister For Infrastructure Phil Gawne MHK said discussions had been underway to open more routes:
