The Island's Hospice has applied for planning permission as it expands on its site in Braddan.
Hospice Isle of Man says it wants to create more children's facilities at Rebecca House, including a messy play area.
The plans would see more accommodation provided, and a new wellness centre facility.
There are also proposed changes to the outside of the building, including resurfacing the children's play area .
