Bus Vannin says almost a dozen bus services might be called off today.
The organisation has been suffering problems for more than a week because of staff illness.
It says buses to Noble’s Hospital, Port Erin, Ballachrink, Port St Mary and Anagh Coar are all under threat.
The routes in question run from 4.20pm through to 11.10pm.
