Firefighters are reminding people not to leave their mobile phones charging overnight after a fire broke out in the early hours of the morning.
Fire crews were called out at 3.20am when smoke alarms alerted householders about a fire in their home.
Their house was smoke-logged after a mobile phone charger caught light but burned out without causing a more serious blaze.
The Fire and Rescue Service say people shouldn't leave appliances plugged in overnight - and should unplug phones once they're fully charged.
