Mixed opinion on whether framework will derail post plans

Creating a framework for corporatising public sector entities isn't about grinding the Post Office plans to a halt. 

That's according to Douglas West MHK Chris Thomas - his suggestion for a Private Members' Bill, which will see the process regulated in the next administration, has been passed: 
 
 
16 members voted for the Bill, with six against its implementation - believing it may be used as a weapon in an attempt to negate Post Office plans; including Policy and Reform Minister John Shimmin:
