The Douglas Development Partnership is closing - saying it's concluded its "successful mission" to advance town centre regeneration.
It claims that after 15 years of work to bring together the government, Douglas Borough Council and the Chamber of Commerce it's achieved its objectives.
However the town centre management team will continue as part of the council's new environment and regeneration department.
