Ramsey's Minor Injuries Unit will be based at Noble's Hospital from today, Wednesday, December 10.
Manx Care is carrying out work at Ramsey Cottage Hospital, and says MIU services, including X-ray, will be temporarily based in the Braddan facility.
St John's Ambulance will operate a shuttle bus between the two from 8am, with the last bus leaving Noble's at 6.30pm.
The Noble's Minor Injuries Unit has a separate reception and waiting area on the left side of Accident & Emergency as you enter.
