The Creg ny Baa Back Road was closed for more than an hour last night as the emergency services dealt with a crash.
The Fire and Rescue Service says it was alerted at around 6.45pm and crews from Douglas and Laxey raced to the scene.
One car had crashed, and its three occupants had managed to free themselves - they were treated for minor injuries.
Police reopened the road shortly after 8pm.
