A man who says he was physically and sexually abused as a child while in care says the Council of Ministers doesn't care about the issue.
John Guest was appearing before Tynwald's social affairs policy review committee yesterday as it investigated claims of abuse at the Knottfield Care Home in Douglas.
He said he was angry ministers would be able to submit a written response to the committee's findings when it completes its probe.
Mr Guest said he had no confidence in the Council of Ministers because senior politicians hadn't cared about children who'd come forward with allegations over the years.
