Health Minister Kate Beecroft's cleaning company has had its contract with the Department of Health and Social Care extended to its maximum possible length.
A freedom of information request asked how long the contract with Manx Home Care would last if no new tendering process took place.
In response the department said the contract had been extended, and would run out in January 2018.
Previously, the government's revealed Mrs Beecroft's department paid her company £116,474 between 2014 and 2015.
