The Island's education minister has refused to reveal shortcomings found during school inspections.
Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper asked a question for written answer to Education Minister Daphne Caine.
He wanted to know about recent external validations of Ballakermeen, St Ninians, Castle Rushen, Ramsey Grammar and QEII high schools.
However, Mrs Caine says publicly revealing problems found by inspectors would hinder schools as they tackle problems.
