The Island's Treasury Minister will face questions over Covid-19 financial support from Tynwald members next week.
Alf Cannan MHK will be quizzed on support mechanisms when the court meets for its monthly sitting next Tuesday (May 18).
He'll be asked by Arbory, Castletown & Malew MHK, Jason Moorhouse, how many businesses Treasury refused financial support to during each lockdown because of issues related to the amount of VAT owed and other non-payment issues.
Meanwhile, Ramsey MHK, Lawrie Hooper, will ask the minister if he's considered introducing a breathing space scheme similar to the UK’s to assist people who have fallen into debt.
