Health Minister Claire Christian says work's being done to bring services back to Ramsey Cottage Hospital - but she can't say when that will happen.
In Tynwald this week she faced questions about the facility from Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper.
He wanted to know when services at the unit would be reinstated after problems with vermin and the building's fabric meant many moved or were suspended.
She said work is underway, but couldn't give a reliable timetable:
