Rebalancing the Isle of Man's books is still feasible according to the Treasury Minister.
Eddie Teare says the Island’s economic output is expected to grow by between three and four per cent over the next year.
He will be delivering the 2014 Budget next month.
The Island continues to be one of the top ten economies internationally per head of population.
