The government says it's having a rethink over plans for a replacement care home in the north of the Island.
Health and Social Care Minister Claire Christian faced a question for written reply from Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper about the future of Cummal Mooar on Queen's Promenade.
She said plans for a 45-bed residential home have been shelved in favour of a redesign, and there's no fixed date for the new plans to be approved.
But she added Cummal Mooar's future remains a clear priority for her department.
