Health Minister Claire Christian says an average of three Manx Care workers a month are taking holidays of 28 days or longer.
She faced a question for written reply from Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse about the figures over the last three years.
In her response, she said since September 2022, 106 such holidays had been approved.
And she also revealed over the same period, 14 requests had been turned down.
