Treasury Minister Alf Cannan has offered to look into the way medical staff employed through agencies are paid.
In the House of Keys this week, he faced questions from Onchan MHK Julie Edge about tax and national insurance paid by workers hired via UK agencies.
She wanted to know if the way such staff are paid could be streamlined, claiming complex rules made it difficult to fill vacancies.
