Health Minister Claire Christian says a new mandate for Manx Care has undergone significant consultation as it was put together.
She faced questions in Tynwald this week from Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper - himself a former health minister - about the mandate.
He asked why there'd been no engagement with service users about the plan.
