Enterprise Minister Tim Johnston says the construction sector has seen a decline recently.
In Tynwald this week he faced a question from from Arbory, Castletown and Malew HMK Tim Glover about issues being experienced by industry.
Mr Johnston said in recent months the Department has become aware of a slow down in the sector.
