If your legs can't quite manage the 85-mile Parish Walk, there's a chance to take on a miniature version this week.
The Rotary Club of Douglas is holding a children's mini-parish walk at the Arboretum in St Johns on Saturday, July 13.
The trek will see youngsters walking around the parish signs in the national park.
