A Douglas man is attempting to walk one million steps this month as he hopes to raise £10,000 for a muscular dystrophy charity.
Jon Baron said he's been inspired to do it because his sister in law suffers from mytonic dystrophy, a form of the disorder which causes worsening muscle loss and weakness.
Earlier this year he walked 150 miles for a charity challenge at work, and has now raised nearly £700 with his new goal to walk even further.
