The bank released a statement confirming it will re-open in Douglas, but its branches in Peel and Port Erin will remain shut.
A spokesperson for IOM Bank says: "With many colleagues still re-deployed to meet critical customer needs, we do not have the resources to open all our branches at the present time without affecting our ability to meet customer requirements effectively.
Peel & Glenfaba MHKs Ray Harmer and Geoffrey Boot have criticised the continued closure and called for a return to normal service.
