MHKs could hold debate on EU decision

The Chief Minister will ask the Speaker of the House of Keys for permission to hold a discussion during the sitting. 

 

Allan Bell has e-mailed MHKs saying it's an area of "urgent public importance" - it follows the UK's decision to leave the European Union.
