MHKs call for clarity on horse tram plans

MHKs are questioning what the plan is for running the horse trams on Douglas Promenade. 

In the House of Keys today Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne will answer three questions which have been tabled for oral answer. 

Onchan MHK David Quirk wants to know how much it will cost to run the service and how the department will fund it. 

South Douglas MHK Bill Malarkey wants to know about planning policy and whether all future plans will see the tracks terminating at the War Memorial instead of the Sea Terminal.
