Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper has withdrawn a question due to be asked in the House of Keys this week.
Tomorrow, he was to ask Chief Minister Howard Quayle about plans to improve engagement with Manx people who've moved away from the Island.
However, Mr Hooper says he's now pulled the question from the order paper after being asked to do so.
He says he may resubmit the question in the future.
