An MHK is calling for the creation of a Manx airline.
Garff MHK Martyn Perkins says the Island is at the 'U-point' of the COVID-19 pandemic and that there are unemployed pilots locally and that the Isle of Man has the skills and maintenance needed to run them.
He's suggesting the Island could go into partnership with the likes of LoganAir or Guernsey-based airline, Aurigny, and have more control over the likes of routes and timetables.
