Douglas North MHK John Wannenburgh will ask Health Minister Claire Christian a question for written reply.
He wants to know if Manx Care holds adequate medical malpractice insurance cover and how much the policy costs each year.
Mr Wannenburgh also wants to know whether any claims have been made since Manx Care was set up.
