Affordable housing will be firmly on the agenda during next month's sitting of Tynwald.
When the court gathers, Douglas Central MHK Chris Thomas will put forward a motion to debate the government's strategies and policy.
He wants ministers to lay a report before Tynwald in January about its affordable housing efforts.
Tynwald is due to sit from Tuesday, October 21 in Legislative Buildings in Douglas.
