During next week's sitting of Tynwald, Arbory, Castletown & Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse will quiz Enterprise Minister, Laurence Skelly MHK, on the matter.
Mr Moorhouse wants to know what research the minister has carried out into the current impact on wages as a direct consequence of coronavirus.
The latest monthly sitting of the court is due to get underway next Tuesday (December 15) in Douglas from 10.30am.
