An MHK is expressing their concerns about The North West Area Plan, before it goes to Tynwald in October.
Glenfaba and Peel MHK Kate Lord-Brennan says Peel already faces major infrastructure issues and developments are not a 'sustainable urban extension' like the Cabinet Office says.
If approved next month, the plan will see large areas of greenfield land zoned for housing from December.
She's calling for housing to be planned more evenly across the whole Island.
