Onchan MHK David Quirk says he's had reports of another spill of silt between the Peel Harbour and Poortown Quarry yesterday.
He says he was a witness to the first silt spill on Peel's roads - the aftermath resulted in an apologetic response by Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne.
Mr Quirk has sent a letter to chairman of the Public Accounts Committee Alf Cannan MHK - asking why a planning application 'failed to be submitted' for the works.
Information on the tender process for dredging and transportation and on the involvement of the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture has also been requested.
Mr Quirk challenges both departments to provide answers:
