That's the question Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Tim Glover wants answered.
He's tabled a question for written answer for Treasury Minister Alex Allinson about summary court immigration hearings.
Mr Glover wants to know how many such cases there have been in the last three years, and how many have taken place so far this year.
