The financial structure of the Steam Packet Company will be discussed in the House of Keys next week.
Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper will ask Treasury Minister, Alf Cannan MHK, when he intends to bring the full plans for financial restructuring of the organisation before Tynwald.
Plans to build a new ferry terminal in Liverpool were approved earlier this week - and the new Sea Services Agreement for the Island is expected to be finalised in June.
