Questions have been asked as to why a Manx company wasn’t awarded the TV contract for the TT.
Economic Development Minister John Shimmin was forced to defend government’s decision in Tynwald this week.
North One was awarded the contract for the next two years after a tendering process which looked at providing the best chance of building on the success of the event.
Three bids were submitted for the work in total – including one from Greenlight TV which is based in Tromode.
