How much would a hike in resident's taxes raise for the government?
That's the question on the lips of Douglas South MHK Kate Beecroft, who'll ask Treasury Minister Alf Cannan about the idea next week.
In the House of Keys, she'll ask Mr Cannan how much putting a penny on both income tax and national insurance would bring in.
