Regulations designed to protect children from being exploited in films are now placing a burden on community groups.
So says North Douglas MHK David Ashford, who'll raise the subject in the House of Keys this morning.
During questions, he'll ask Education Minister Graham Cregeen to make a statement about the government rules, which date back to 2004.
Mr Ashford says a number of groups, including town bands, are being caught in the net:
