MHK queries benefits residence exemptions for claimants

How many people who haven't lived on the Island long enough have been allowed to claim benefits?

That's the question Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper wants answered.

Generally, people claiming benefits need to have lived on the Isle of Man for five years to qualify.
