An MHK has hit out at cash-strapped Manx Care over new managers.
Onchan member Julie Edge took to Facebook saying she has serious questions about priorities in healthcare.
Mrs Edge says answers to her questions show the organisation spent more than £800,000 hiring 14 new managers - while cutting elective surgeries to save £220,000.
She claims patient care is taking a hit while administrative roles increase.
